Christmas Candle Wreaths
By: H. Iacobacci-Miller
'Tis the season for Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, bells and
more. Now that you've decorated your door, hung your lights and
trimmed your tree, it’s time to give your candles a holiday
makover as well. Make Christmas Candle Wreaths for any pillar or
jar candle to bring it into the holiday season.
This is one project that anyone can do. Not only is it simple,
it only takes minutes to complete.
- Plastic lid from containers such as cottage cheese
- Sharp knife
- Poinsettias, berries, or other holiday wreath materials
||Take your lid and carefully cut out the center leaving yourself
a plastic ring.
||Using your hot glue gun, adhere your flowers, berries, leaves,
etc. to your plastic ring.
||Now simply place your pillar or jar candle inside and voila
– you have a wreath for your candle.
Please Note: It is recommended that no-drip candles or jar candles
are used for this display.
This project is super simple and allows you to create matching
wreaths for your candles. It’s an easy way to spruce up any
plain pillar or jar candle with little to no cost!
